Wild Garlic Yarg has a firm and slightly crumbly texture; it unsurprisingly has a fresh, garlic flavour with an aromatic garlic nose.
Wild Garlic Yarg is made to exactly the same recipe as the famous nettle wrapped Yarg; the difference being the leaves each cheese is wrapped in. The flavour comes from the wild garlic leaves that are found in the woodlands around Lynher Dairy.
