A smooth mould ripened soft cheese washed in Cornish cider, 6 to 8 times. Full flavoured and rich with sweet, decadent, scrumptious notes that will leave you wanting more. Similar to Stinking Bishop or Epoisses.
The makers spend their days at one with the Curd – hence the name. And ‘Croust’ ? Ask a Cornishman – a simple tasty mid morning or mid afternoon snack often with, you’ve guessed it, the best baked bread and the finest Cornish cheese. The makers only use the very best Cornish milk (sourced from within 30 miles of their dairy).
