Adding fragrant pink peppercorns to the Cornish Charcuterie salami adds a new dimension of warmth and aroma. The salami is made to an Italian recipe, from home reared Cornish Lop pork and Ruby beef. Due to maturing the salami with a light Beech smoke, these salami have a beautiful flavour.
