POPTI Cornish bakehouse was launched in 2015, producing the award-winning range of Savoury Thins. The biscuits are made in small batches with rich butter, wheat flour and seasonings. There are no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives added. Because of this the secret recipe results in crisp biscuits. “Popti” means bakery in Cornish!
These biscuits are excellent with baked cheese or with Cornish Charcuterie’s pâtés and rillettes. We recommend a baked Boy Laity Camembert, Oak Smoked Cheddar or Cornish Mushroom Pâté.
