Cornish Sea Salt is harvested fresh from the sea, just eight metres from the salt house. The combination of the purest waters and The Lizard’s rare geology give the salt a complexity and intensity of flavour, as well as a mineral richness that can’t be found anywhere else in the world.
Tips and Ideas
A natural partner to chicken; roast chicken or use as a crust with breadcrumbs and parmesan. Sprinkle over a simple tomato and mozzarella salad. Add to Cornish new potatoes with lots of butter! Use with fish or seafood for a zesty flavour. Sprinkle onto lemon drizzle cake to balance the sweetness.
