The Cornish Larder Co is based near Truro and is run by young chef Jake Kendell. His range of chutneys and relish’s are handmade at home in small batches. Working with local alcohol producers his range includes a unique flavoursome twist thanks to the range of ales, spirits and cider’s that is used in the making.
Fresh tomatoes simmered with jerk spices and finished with Dead mans fingers Rum. Founded at the rum and crab shack in St Ives, Dead mans fingers is a Caribbean rum blend which warms the cockles, stirs the soul and sets you up for whatever the wind blows in!
