Tips and Ideas
Add to scrambled eggs for a hit of fiery favour. Sprinkle onto chicken before grilling or roasting. Stir into curries or salsa. Add to mayonnaise or dips for a touch of heat. Mix with lemon juice and oil and use as a barbeque marinade. Add a pinch to a Bloody Mary cocktail. Try adding a touch to a brownie or chocolate cake recipe.
